Purge databases
Sort databases based on your
criteria
T.A.M.E.S allows you
the flexibility to keep all Machine, Material, and Tooling information stored on the
databases for quick retrieval and updating of records. There is no limit on the
amount of data stored.
One of the main features of the software allows
you to play "What If" this is evident in the Part Costing Report window.
If you need to keep the price of your product
within a certain range or possibly to beat your competitors quote, making
adjustments is as simple as
returning to the editor and looking to see what can be changed, making your
adjustments then returning to the report!
This approach takes all the guess work out of the equation letting you see whether
the product is going to make a profit and how much you will make.
The steps needed to calculate a part
efficiently is 3 tiered:
1. Determine which machine is required to
manufacture the item. 2. Calculate the time for the cycle. 3. Use this info to calculate the cost of
the item and total run amount.
T.A.M.E.S
is especially useful when designing tools,
enabling you to change the amount of cavities and recalculating based on the new
values therefore giving you variable outcomes with different scenarios.
Tool
Registry database viewer
The tool registry viewer allows you to keep up-to date information
on you injection molding TOOLS & PRODUCTS.
You are able to select images of both your tooling and moldings, these can be placed
in the register and latter view or printed along with the relevant information.
An Injection machine setup sheet can be assigned to the register so as tool setups
can be reproduced easily.
